Information we collect
We collect account registration details (name, email, phone), trading-account connection metadata, subscription and payment records, and operational logs required to run the cloud platform.
Signal monitoring scope
Our cloud parser monitors only Telegram channels or groups you authorize in the dashboard. We do not monitor, read, or log private one-to-one chats, voice calls, or contact lists. Message text is processed to extract trade parameters such as symbol, entry, stop loss, and take profit. Unrelated text is not retained as a product feature.
MetaTrader credentials
Connecting MT4 or MT5 requires broker, login, server, and password so the copier can route orders you configure. You may use an investor password where you only want read-only verification. We do not withdraw funds, change broker passwords for unrelated reasons, or use your account to trade strategies you did not configure.
How we use your information
We use this data to provide the service, process subscriptions, keep Telegram and MT4/MT5 connections running, send service notifications, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Data security
Website and dashboard traffic use HTTPS/TLS in production. Credentials and session cookies follow standard secure web practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Operational details are on the Security & Privacy page.
Third parties
We do not rent, trade, or sell personal profiles, broker credentials, or trading logs to advertising networks. Data is shared only as needed to operate payments, hosting, and the broker connections you configure.
