Trust & transparency

Know exactly what connects—and how to disconnect it.

A dedicated trust centre that explains the cloud architecture, Telegram session scope, MetaTrader connection, data boundaries and user controls in plain language.

Security model

A connection map users can understand

Security claims are strongest when the page defines the boundary, the purpose and the user's responsibilities.

Telegram authorization

Explain the session method, selected-source monitoring and how to remove the session from Telegram settings.

Trading-account connection

State what the integration can do and how credentials or API access are handled.

Data in transit and at rest

Document approved encryption, secret storage and retention controls in production copy.

Data minimisation

Collect and retain only the content and metadata necessary to deliver, support and audit the automation service.

Activity visibility

Show active sessions, last activity and account status in the member dashboard.

Shared responsibility

Require strong credentials, Telegram two-step verification and careful review of connected devices.

A deliberate path

From connection to confident operation

Each stage exposes a clear success state before the next one begins.

Authorize deliberately

Use the official connection flow and verify the displayed account identity.

Select the scope

Choose only the channels and trading accounts required for automation.

Review active sessions

Inspect dashboard connections and Telegram's active-device list.

Revoke when finished

Disconnect the source or account and confirm the session is removed.

Connection layers

Inspect each trust boundary independently

Member login, Telegram authorization, trading connectivity and stored service data should never be collapsed into one vague “secure” badge.

Telegram session

Selected-source scope should be described in exact production language, with visible state and revocation controls.

Access boundary

What the service needs should be different from what it never uses

The redesign explicitly separates selected signal-channel processing from personal communication. It also separates member authentication, Telegram authorization, broker connectivity and billing so a user can reason about each layer.

  • Selected trading sources are the product scope
  • Personal messaging is not a product feature
  • Connections can be revoked independently
  • Security events and support access should be logged
Questions before connection

Practical answers without fine-print surprises

Use these answers as product guidance; production legal and technical language must match the live service.

No. The recommended Cloud Copier runs online and is managed from the browser dashboard. A Desktop Copier remains available for traders who prefer local operation.

No local copier installation is required for the cloud platform. Connect Telegram and your MT4/MT5 account from the browser dashboard.

Yes. We guide new traders step by step — from learning basics to reviewing verified results and understanding risks before subscribing.

Yes. The cloud copier can copy signal from channels you authorize, subject to your plan limits.

Any MT4 or MT5 broker. We recommend low-spread ECN brokers and include broker/server search in the setup dashboard to help you connect quickly.

Yes. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

TelegramMT4 requires Telegram connection only to detect trading signals and provide automation. The system processes messages needed for signal copying functionality. Your information is protected, and TelegramMT4 does not sell, share, or use your Telegram data for unrelated purposes.

TelegramMT4 cloud and desktop copiers execute trades through the MT4/MT5 API — not a MetaTrader Expert Advisor (EA) attached to your terminal. Prop firms commonly detect third-party copiers by EA fingerprints in trade history (for example MT5's "placed by expert" flag), magic numbers, and shared commercial EA builds. Because we use API execution instead of an EA, our copiers are not fully detectable through those standard checks.

Most competing Telegram copiers place trades via EAs on your MT4/MT5 account, which leaves identifiable metadata that prop firms can review.

Firms may still enforce drawdown, consistency, and manual trading rules. Always read your prop firm's terms before using any automation tool.
